My journey as a bartender started in the last few years, a second career you could say.  My wife owns Circa 1800 Restaurant and Bar in downtown Fayetteville.  Previously, I worked with NCDOT doing bridge inspection and various other aspects in civil engineering.  The restaurant needed another bartender, and after a few back issues playing with concrete was no longer an option.  Dove head first into the world of cocktails, and discovered a passion that I didn't know was there.  I adore the classics, and love creating new classics with the cocktail templates from yesteryear.  My next step is outside the comfort of the walls of Circa, and into the adventure of mobile bartending.  I'm looking forward to bringing the best cocktails and spirits to your weddings, private parties, and company events!
